CRM Program Manager
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a key business strategy at Prudential Locations, enabling the building and cementing of relationships between agents and their clients. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to lead and manage this highly visible and important program. Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the CRM program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall program management of Prudential Locations’ CRM application.
- Drive utilization of CRM through development & deployment of strategies that promote and market the value and benefits of CRM.
- Evangelize CRM and its benefits throughout the company.
- Lead, develop, manage and execute CRM email marketing programs and campaigns and evaluate effectiveness.
- Propose and lead CRM projects based on business/division needs.
- Identify, understand and document user (clients, agents, coaches, management) needs & objectives, and develop business requirements.
- Work closely & collaboratively on projects across different business units including Sales, Marketing and Technology.
- Administer all aspects of CRM, including managing user access, configuration (system, UI & dashboard), data integrity, CRM related policies & procedures, email template library and customizations.
- Provide agent support and training for CRM and data maintenance.
- Track and report end-user adoption and usage of CRM and its features, including performing data queries and analysis based on business needs.

Experience Required
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in marketing, product development or technology-related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency/experience with direct marketing principles, database marketing, customer contact systems or CRM programs.
- Undergraduate degree
- Solid project management and system implementation experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, communicates effectively and appropriately.
- Strong presentation skills and able to persuade or sell ideas to others
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements
- Technically savvy and able to effectively interface with both technical and creative teams.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships and interface effectively with multiple levels of management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HTML and Database Management helpful.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
