Prudential Location is one of the few firms in Hawaii that regularly hires and trains groups of new real estate professionals. The selection process is rigorous, and the selection team is seeking the most qualified new licensees who exhibit the greatest potential for long term success in real estate.


Prudential Locations looks for:

  • Individuals who have passed testing, and who have obtained a valid and current Hawaii Real Estate license.
  • Licensees who are seeking a full-time real estate career.

Sales Division Coach

Our coaching staff provides guidance to our agents for their overall career success and development as a real estate professional. They facilitate goal setting, business planning, improvement in agent efficiency and productivity, and provide inspiration to achieve. We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our coaching staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing career guidance and motivation through a variety of techniques, preferably in a sales setting. Successful coaches must possess unparalleled communication skills, strong capabilities in Windows based operating systems, and must be able to work in a dynamic and evolving work environment. An active Hawaii Real Estate license is required. Salary is commensurate with experience and results.

Contract Sales Manager

Our sales managers assist agents with transaction-related inquiries, strategies and solutions. We place strong emphasis on support and education of our real estate professionals so that they are readily equipped to provide the best level of service to clients for all of their transaction needs. The successful candidate must possess a Broker's License, and should preferably have at least five (5) years of experience with real estate transaction work in the Hawaii market. Successful sales managers must be able to effectively communicate information to agents at a variety of experience levels, strong capabilities in Windows based operating systems, and must be able to work in a dynamic and evolving work environment. Salary is commensurate with experience and results.
